In Al Ain, five residential communities will deliver 10,480 homes at a total cost of AED36.95 billion, in collaboration with Aldar Properties, Bloom Holding, Lead Development Real Estate, and IMKAN Properties. These communities are designed to offer family-friendly environments with schools, recreational areas, and community facilities, creating vibrant and sustainable neighborhoods.
In the Al Dhafra Region, two housing projects in Al Sila and Madinat Zayed will provide 320 homes at a total cost of AED1.59 billion, led by Aldar Properties. These projects aim to enhance housing availability in more remote areas of Abu Dhabi while supporting the social and economic development of the region.
Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, stated that these projects reflect the leadership’s vision to strengthen family and social stability by providing modern and secure housing for Emirati citizens. He noted that the initiatives are also in line with the objectives of the Year of Community, which focuses on promoting family cohesion, social wellbeing, and shared values across society. Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, confirmed that all new homes will be allocated to citizens within two years.
