Yas Point by Aldar

Yas Point is an AED 6 billion waterfront destination announced by Aldar Properties, on the northern shore of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The masterplan spans around 600,000 sqm and includes 1,600 branded residences, a five-star resort hotel, an international school, retail and leisure, and the first beach on the island's northern side.

Aldar has not yet announced prices for Yas Point. The initial announcement covered the masterplan only — individual unit prices, sizes and collections have not been published. Register your interest with us to receive official pricing the moment it is released.

Neither has been announced. Aldar has confirmed the destination will be delivered in phases but has not published a construction timeline, handover schedule or payment plan. These typically come closer to the formal sales launch.

On the northern side of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. It connects to Yas Acres and Yas Riva, and sits close to SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Mall, Yas Marina Circuit, and the upcoming Disney Abu Dhabi and Sphere Abu Dhabi.
